Dresses.com.pk is an online marketplace and it reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and block accounts if found in violating the terms and conditions and use of accounts for the promotion of obnoxious stuff. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to close inactive accounts mostly remained inactive for the last six months.
Donation of clothes:
The donors must donate their clothes in good condition.
No warranty claim by the website:
Dresses.com.pk is a serviced based company and it’s an online platform to mingle buyers with sellers and vice versa. Buyers purchasing products will be liable to get warranty of fabric or any other garment from the vendors.
- It is very important for all users not post any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and other stuff that’s unlawful to post without the consent of the owner as described under the cyber act of Pakistan.
Content Policy
This platform has been developed with regard to improving the clothing industry to the par excellence and unless sellers do not avoid violating rights of others, we cannot make it a better place. Hence, it must be in the sellers mind that – the administration – reserves right to remove any listing that directly or indirectly violate rights of others.
It is therefore highly requested to post genuine pictures with genuine content to standout of the crowd.
Those who think whose pictures have been used and violating copy or content rights , feel free to write us by providing the following details:-

When financial transactions are done through our system – take for granted – we will issue you a receipt with complete details to parties, buyers and sellers or anyone else involved in the process. And, for this, before providing the assistance – we would charge our commission based on the transaction request is offered.
