Dresses.com.pk offers refund to its customers if a product is faulty or not as same as described by the vendor.
Refund of Product purchased
To us satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance. We offer you full and partial refund based on the following terms and conditions.
We will not give you refund if product is broken, torn or damaged – in any way or any form – by the customer.
We will give you half refund if you purchased a product and later asked for refund just because of you changed your mind.
Shipping costs will be borne by customer if product has to be returned. Once product is received, after checking, refund will be initiated.
Products purchased after viewing videos and thoroughly watching open pictures (showcased on web or whats app or any other medium)- before placing order – are not entitled to refunding or exchange.
Once order is booked and payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled after 2 days since the time of receiving payments.
Time frame for refunding a product:
A product has to be returned in 2 days after the delivery to be considered for refunding.
Products can be exchanged in 2 days after the delivery of product. It is pertinent to mention here only those products will be exchanged which will be returned in the same condition, we sent to the customer. Damaged products will never be considered for exchange.
- Those Products that were purchased after watching videos are not entitled to exchange.
- Those products whose measurement was not shared before order shall not be exchanged. Therefore, Daman, length and other details should be shared beforehand while placing your order. Otherwise, the product will not be exchanged.
- In case a product is mistakenly shipped due to workload by our staff, it has to be returned in 7 days for exchange otherwise return shall not be accepted.
It is of paramount importance that when you buy, you should ask for the length of the Daman and dress to avoid facing a problem.
How much time we take to refund
We generally refund our customers in 7 business days after receiving the product.
If any of our products is faulty – torn in other words – we would love to refund you full amount as soon as possible.
Shipping for Exchange:
Customers will be bearing shipping cost for exchange, company would not be liable to pay shipping cost for exchange at any stage.
Stitched dresses – no matter whatsoever – are not entitled for refund. The company does not offer stitching services generally. It offers stitching to only those customers who request for stitching. And if problem occurs in fitting or stitching , company shall not be responsible. Therefore, stitched dresses are not entitle to any kind of refund.
